Every time I try to use the hack it makes the game exit.
I open the game thru Steam, wait at the main menu, open your program and hit start...the game then exits.
Hi guys,
Firstly I would like to thanks Big Ant for the development of an awesome cricket game. For someone who's played cricket games for years (Weet Bix Cricket 96, Shane Warne Cricket 99, every EA Sports and Internation Cricket Captain game available), this is by far and beyond the best...
Yep, tried that. Still won't work. HowsDat was working fine when I first got the computer, but I had compatibility issues with a program (iTunes) I was using and had to reboot from scratch...then updated Windows 7 and it added Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
I've tried it with Framework 4 installed...
Hi,
I tried Howsdat on my new Windows 7 operating system and the .exe won't load. I've downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and changed compatibility settings to my old XP system but still no luck... The .exe simply won't load. Any suggestions??
I forgot to mention about replaced the teams. I reckon that the 'A' team players would already be in one of the Sets for the national team, so the Twenty20 teams should be included to add some variety to the game.
My suggestion would be to include your 4 mentioned teams (Deccan Chargers, NSW...
Great idea!
I think Aussie1st's roster is a brilliant base to go off. I can't see much wrong with it, except the statistics. Changes that I would make for this patch would include changes to-
Australian team
M.Cosgrove replaced by Michael Klinger
C.Bailey replaced by Steve Smith...
I'm sorry to say...but wouldn't it make more sense creating player faces that haven't been made for the game so far, for example Stuart Clark, rather than personal faces??
This would provide the opportunity to fill in the missing face gaps still left in the game, instead of creating faces...
Both are excellent faces. If you like teeth being shown...then arghasen is the one, but I personally like saurabh2185's face. Both in O-Edit and in the game. Brilliant work buddy!
Would you both be able to post the files in .zip form so people can download them??
Well, that's the only conclusion that I can come to. For example, I created Australian players from the 1997 period and it automatically put them into the batting order. Some of the selections made sense, but others didn't. But anyway, it isn't that hard to change the .sav file....it's a...
I don't know whether it's any use, but the individual player file number is located 3 & 4 places before the players name eg. K.Pietersen ID number is E50E. I can't find where the line-ups are stored, but I can find which players are in which teams.
This process is similar to Rugby 2005, but...
Hey guys,
I'm sorry to be a pain in the @$$, but I've been having problems downloading the Cricket 2005 demo and am still yet to receive the real deal.
I've tried downloading the demo about 4 times now using my school's computers (broadband) and get to about 82% and it stops downloading...
jamesdrscoll- a .rar file is the same as a zip file, but it's just in another format.
You will need to download Winrar 3.1 from here...

Just use it like it's Winzip!
I've also made a tutorial, just incase you don't make sense of Boss's.

It's good that someone knows what I am talking about!!
It is possible Michael.
I have found out how to change the batting XI and the bowling order.
It takes a fair bit of concentration, but the results are worthwhile!!
I won't tell you all now because it would take up too much space, but I am going to do a tutorial.
I will post the link...
