Go to player appearance, there should be a setting called "force sleeve length". You can put that to long sleeves.

Dunno if this is a glitch or its part of the game but after a match I went from a 60 to a 78. Everything went up by ~10 points.

I think that being able to change the lineups in career mode should be added because every year, especially in the big bash, players are always moving around and changing teams.
