I think I know how this works. Happened to me first game till I fixed it. You're welcome to test it, this is just a theory but my first game I had like 4 diamonds, I think if you just add players to the squad but never edit it, the game just plays the squad it has.

Well i've been sitting on the xbox lobby all night. Played 1 game and it was super fun. Then I tried playing another and it lagged out, then i've had numerous game crashes, Just found a game and it crashed after I clicked the launch game thing. Sucks man. Fix the crashes

Gotta make custom lobbies on series X. There is no one online and I don't know what overs to click on where the 1 player who might be online is waiting. And then I press B to try another overs and it crashes to xbox dashboard. Still haven't been able to play one game.
