    Don't buy it

It's worse than 2002. Because it's FAR FAR FAR too easy.

ICC 2005 Trial Version - Views, Opinions and Reviews

I agree. Like I said, getting 1047 in my first game says how bad it is, I hardly ever got above 600 in ICC 2002, and that was only against crap sides or the occasional test side where I batted for long periods to get a draw.

One Player Playing In Both Teams

I would imagine that kind of thing wouldn't be the easiest to code around.

Can we buy the game now? It seems to let you, but I don't want to buy it if it is not the final version.

ICC 2005 Trial Version - Views, Opinions and Reviews

Just managed 2,000 runs in a test match in one innings as Australia in the Ashes, Obviously the game ended as a draw, but I find it laughable you can get so many runs so easy.

ICC 2005 - Ricky Ponting 490 runs in a test match, beat England by an innings and 740 runs. See Trial thread.

ICC 2005 Trial Version - Views, Opinions and Reviews

Far far too easy even on the highest difficulty Level, just played England in the Ashes, got just over 1,000 runs in my innings as Australia Ricky Ponting got almost 500 in just over 600 balls. Look at this screenshot. It speaks volumes about it. Also managed to skittle England out for...

BLIC Full Version - Views, Opinions and Reviews

How bad? It was happening in the demo with the commentators there too every now and then, is it worse in the full game? Is it obvious it has been copied?

    ICC 2005 Details

Same game as 2002 with updated database and new tournaments by the look of it with a new skin applied to it that looks worse than the existing one. They probbably have changed very little by the looks of things.

    ICC 2005 Ashes Version Announced

Yes, because ?20 for a database update with a couple of new teams and competitions thrown in for what is esentially the same game is a rip off.

    Is ICC 2002 worth buying?

I have ICC 2000, is there that much difference between that and 2002 apart from the database?

    ICC 2005 Ashes Version Announced

From what they are saying, it sounds like the same game with updated stats and teams. If so it'll be hardly anything different.

Demo is not final submission code

They need to sort the wides issue out, as bowling on the edge of the wicket so you can't get to it is a severe problem in the demo.

Blic Records ( Batting , Bowling , Team , Player)

Highest I got was 95-6, I took 35 off the first over but then had a crap one the next over off a spinner where he took 3-1.

Is somebody putting a list of updates needed?

The wides (or lack of them) is the biggest issue for me, the CPU keeps bowling really really wide at times so you have no chance but to try and slog it else your not going to get anything onf it, but by slogging wide balls your very often caught. in a normal match you'd just leave the wide...

BLIC - Report any bugs here

This is certainly a bug now because in the first ball of an innings Lehmann hit a huge shot over mid-wicket off a no ball, was just over three quarters of the way through his run before he was caught by (I believe) Flintoff. One run was added to the total as an extra, as mentioned previously the...

BLIC - Report any bugs here

A little bug. If you run on a no ball, then get caught, if you have not finished a run by the time you are caught the batsmans stop running and you can't reguest for more runs or finish the one you've started. In addition everyone reacts like a player is out when he is caught off a no ball, it's...

    My Thoughts on Demos

I like being able to change the batting order and who comes in, thats great. But I don't like the loading screens inbetween, there are far too many of them for my liking, I hope this only happens when you change a bowler or a new batsman comes in rather than between every over. If it only...
