you can move your batsman after the ball is released and get closer to the ball, use asdqe keys for shot selection, and off course keep an eye on the timing meter, make sure you skills are high enough to make sure the ball is hit with power.

update : Now you can exit while playing the match but it will cost your wicket.

@bevab i also faced the same problem but then i realised more happy u r more cofidence u have and lesser the chance of getting out. just make sure ur happiness is at the peak when u enter a match. also play for lower runs for safe play. i find 2 runs button quite interesting and safe.
