FireStorm Vs Monsters XI
Welcome to the grant finals of the FCL T20 Tournament here at australia the response for the FCL is great. The Two Great teams battle is going to began shortly now lets look at the squad of the teams. FireStorm made some changes appu replaces Vikram Agarwal and they are unstoppable in last few matches. Where as in Monsters XI they have not made any big changes. Both the teams are looking good with there playing XI.
Two captains are out there for the TOSS with the umpire. The pitch report says its a hard pitch and bowler will have what they want whereas the batsman should watch and play there game. FireStrom won the Toss and elected to Bowl first.
Ursonly and Rameez Aslam came to Open there innings for Monster XI. Shantanu Ambekar starts the bowling for FireStorm. The bowler were doing great pitching the ball at right place giving no room to the batsman. The batsman stuggles to score runs but ursonly was playing the balls in gaps and picking some runs they were 28-0 at the end of 5 overs.
The openers played well providing a reasonable start Ramez Aslam was now playing the game needed but a bowling change from FireStorm made Holdenor to bowl who took the wicket of Rameez. He was out for 26(24 balls). Then Fleming came to bat his experience played the game. he started smashing the balls in gaps at the end of 10 overs they were 67-1
The Monsters XI played sensibly according to the pitch and now started increasing there run rate ursonly made its Fifty what a great knock Fleming is also looking great they build up there partnership very well. FireStorm have no clues how to break there partnership at the end of 15th over they were 118-1
FireStorm used many bowling changes but nothing break there partnership ursonly proved that he is great at bat made 86 (65 balls) were Fleming missed his 50 he was 47 (31 balls) at the end of first innings Monsters XI were 159-1.
The Score looked promising because its a bowling pitch. As the 2nd innings started Appu and Inzamam-ul-haq make there way as openers. while S Bond Starts the bowling for Monsters XI first over they scored 10 runs looking good at the start. Then Paul Nixon came and made the batsman to Struggle. He so aggressive that he used all the pitch provided to him Inzamam was out for 2, great ball ball Nixon batsman don't know what to do a great catch by jit. Ashwin came to bat as a one down batsman didn't read the ball which made his stumps flying he was out for duck in the very 2nd ball he faced Mad snake came in and started playing well Bond was hammered by the batsman but they struggle for Nixon. Nixon came for the second over and bowled a great ball which made appu out for 10. he is looking great by just 2 runs in overs and took 3 wickets. Then Brain Lara came to bat and smashed the Bonds over at the end of 5 overs they were 54-3.
They are at great pressure monster XI got what they want early breakthrough Brain Lara and Mad Snake Played sensibly. Brain lara started to smash the ball all round the ground mad snake also started to play lofted shots but when lara dance down the wicket tried to loft Giles ball missed it great stumping by Aslam. Lara Out for 47(23 balls). captain stepped in with great pressure they just need a great partnership at the end of 10 overs they were 94-4.
Spinsky came into attack at bowled a yoker delivery to Biwas. who didn't judge the ball out for 4 (6 balls) shantanu Ambekar came to bat smae ball and the same thing happened he was out for Duck. FireStorm were on Huge Pressure Mad snake is in the other end they just need a batsman to rotate strikes to him. Then came C Harris they both played well c harris rotated strikes as said and FireStorm Back on track. But then khalek came to bowl and took the wicket of C harris he is out for 17 (14 balls) Shane warne came to bat and smashed two fours at the end of 15 overs FireStorm Were 130-7.
Monsters XI brought back Nixon who again stuck with his beautifull bowling but now the man was mad snake he is out for 48 (32 balls). in the same over he again stuck shane warne was the man out.Black magic and holender was on the crease anything may happen here at the end of 18th over FireStorm were 153-9 they need just 7 runs in 6 balls Black magic is on the crease Carins started the Last over The first ball to Black magic was a huge SIX they FireStorm just need two runs from 5 balls. now Monsters XI were on pressure the second ball Black Magic again tried to loft the ball but didn't clear the distances and safely landed in the hands of Fleming. FireStorm Last the Match by one run what a great final Match it made every one to edge of there seats.
The Man Of The Match was given to two players for there wonderful performance in this match.
Ursonly for his great batting scored 86 (65 balls).
Paul Nixon for his wonderfull Bowling performance who took 5 wickets and made the FireStorm Fell the HEAT.
