ICC Chairman
I bought Cricket Coach 2010 (09 except CD version) a few days ago and have had fun playing it and I was enjoying playing as an Associate Nation (I was being Guernsey) and had tough time getting them up and I thought that I should use PlanetCricket as an Associate Nation. Unfortunately, there is no way to edit the country team names (well no way I can see. Nations aren't in the team list and the game doesn't work if I edit the countries db file) so Bahrain will be the nation in which PlanetCricket will be based. Of course if I find a way to edit that, the nation will be PlanetCricket. I've already made the main ground (named PlanetCricket Arena). All I need is names for either end. The ground holds 70,000 people, the pitch is good in terms of bounce, not much uneven bounce initially but there is something in it for the bowlers later on with some turn as well. 7.5 is the turn rating out of 10. The captain's job will be to make more stadiums (naming the ground, naming the city, naming the ends, how much bounce the pitch will have, the capacity and turn rating.) Anyway, we can have as many people sign up as possible but only 16 people can be chosen for the WCL leagues for each season, each season being 5 OD matches, top 2 promoting so it will be easy at first.
Well now you can signup. Also state whether you are interested in captaining. I'm also signing up but just as a player. Captain's will have to most importantly be available at 6:30 - 7:30 GMT time everyday (well everyday a match is on), they are responsible for picking the squad, picking the starting XI, making the grounds (unless someone else wants to do it) and tactics during the match (choosing bowlers and when to change them). Anyway, here is the signup form. Just follow it and assign points based on how you are told.
