Fraps help

I tried taking a screenshot and it crashes, but it dosen't crash with Midtown Madness. Any Ideas. It is the latest version and Windows XP. :help
P.S.-I did a search, no help. I tried re-installing and it didn't work.

I use WinXP and version 2.0.0 of Fraps and it works fine. I know about problems with the game freezing when you quit C2k4 but I've not heard of it crashing when you take a screen...

Try to have your Fraps settings like these and see if it helps.
B.T.W. This is fraps 1.9d, works well for me.

Yes, as far as i know they all are. I think you pay for extra unlocked features or something.

I have 2.5.3 now......will tryi it out(I a, using the scotland .exe, planning to start a strory thread)

How is your computer too old for Fraps 1.9D if 2.5.3 would work? Or is Fraps is too old for your computer - I dont see how that could be, did you try it and it didnt work?

Well the Fraps is too old for my comp(as mentioned by the site) but let me try it.....
