Denmark win the 2000 WCC Knockout Trophy

It was a phenomenal performance from a team who wasn't in the best of mindsets after losing the ODI series against India. But we stuck to our strengths and got the rewards. Spain were the perfect opposition and they will only go up from here.

Aksel Johansson and William Gunnarsson have been our key players for quite some time but their performances were definitely a notch above the usual.
Felix Norregaard was amazing whenever he played but Noah Bendtsen leading the bowling attack was a sight to behold.
Niels Håkansson rightfully ending his career with a trophy. His replacement has some big shoes to fill.
And last but not the least, Martin Lundgren! What a comeback to international cricket. He took 8 scalps in half number of games while before this tourney, he had just 5 wickets in a total of 5 ODIs.
