Okay well the FC final will be finished soon, and the end of our third season, so it's time to discuss the draft.

This year we have a lot of players wanting to be new players, some of them have posted only a few times on PC and some are more established and out to join cricsim.

The order of the draft is determined on the need of players, ie the amount of players on each list.

The draft will continue in that order until the following occurs:

The draft will be completed when all players in the pool have been drafted, all teams forfeit their picks, or all team lists are full:

As soon as a team has 12 players, it can pass on a draft pick. As soon as a team passes, it is out of the draft and can not take any further picks. If all 6 teams pass, the draft is over. If all teams have 16 players, the draft is also over, as it is if every player in the draft is taken.

After the draft all sides must have a minimum of 12 players. The maximum is 16.

The Pool is as follows:

Another new feature for Season 2007/08 will be the fact that sides will have the opportunity to delist inactive players at certain stages throughout the season, and pick up new ones. This will be further explained later.

The main thing we need to discuss right now is for all team managers to discuss when they are available to conduct the draft. Last year's draft was unorganized and slow. This year's will be held in as short a time as possible, hopefully on the same day.

The draft will most likely be held in two weeks time.

I need to know what days and times are convenient for all team managers. Please give your times in GMT.

Basically on the weekends I can make time between 12am and 2pm GMT on Saturdays and earlier on Sundays.

Okay so who here can do the draft soon? This weekend is short notice but it would be nice. The order will be up first thing tomorrow morning/tonight for England people.
