9.12 update and Softwrap

I recently had tech issue with my desktop where I play ICC 2009. I was unable to use my computer for a few days so I installed ICC09 on my laptop, using my license number. This worked and the graphics were better than on my desktop.

However, my issue is that once I was able to use my desktop again, I reinstalled ICC09 to get the 9.12 update. Now, my license is used up and I cannot play longer than the 2 day trial period (ending tonight).

I have contacted Softwrap 2 days again about the issue but no response.

Any pointers?
 
E-mail our support through the support page on the Childish Things website and we'll sort it for you.

Edit: We being Childish Things, not PC. :D

Well, I have emailed both and no response and the 2 day trial has finished. So I am in limbo now.

Any ideas?
 
I've just got the e-mails open now, I can see your e-mail. They (Softwrap) should add another install to your license. Did you give them your purchasing reference number?
 
I do remeber doing so. Hoping to hear something soon!
