A bug in cricket 2002

I'm a new member of this forum. I've been facing this problem while playing cricket 2002, especially test match. Everytime the ball hits the body of the batsman or any of his equipment (not bat) and if any fielder catches it, he is given out directly. This happens everytime. Is any patch already available to fix this? Please help me out. If not, do you think anyone is making such a patch?

One of many bugs I'm afraid.

No patch that I know of.

Let's hope it doesn't happen in Cricket 2004!

:mellow: Oh well, is it not very disappointing when you wait for long on a green pitch and keep in mind to not poke at deliveries outside the off stump, and about 50 balls later you're given out for no fault of yours. But well, thats what real cricket is like at times I guess! Lets hope C2k4 is without any bugs! Thanks andrew and neo
