Right, most of these are FM forums inspired being as they're what I spend most of my time on.
A proper welcome forums. A come say hello area, where people open a thread when they first join just saying who they are and introducing themselves etc. It's a lot more personal and more welcoming that just sticking your name down in a thread a million pages long where your most likely to be ignored. I'd disable post count rise in this forum as well. So that if thread go off topic, which will happen inevitable, it can stay off topic without being any consquences.
I feel the Games forums is a joke frankly. It's the biggest spamfest I have ever seen anywhere on the internet. All the stupid little count to whatever, and what do you think of the person above you thread are just shamefully spamtacual. I have no problem with What are You listening to? etc because they hold some sort of purpose but they need to either be limited to one post-per-person a day, or have post count disabled in it. Otherwise people who have around 2,000 posts you can bet money that they have spent most of their time posting every 5 minutes in those threads, which is appauling frankly. The what do you think of the person abobve you can be condensed into a monthy version that runs on FM Forums, that I started here called wdyto, essentially it's a What Do You Think Of.. thread. I gather a list of all the regular posters on this site and then put them into a code and whoever wants to copies the code into a post in the thread and then write what they think about the person next to their name. This way, people only have to post once a month, saving this commenting on the same person 20 times a day spamfest you have going in the current thread.

So I don't see any point in the Never ending games etc forum. It's full of rubbish, spammy rubbish.
There is also, in my opinion waaay too many sections in the General Chat section. I think an Off-Topic forum and a sport chat, with a fantasy sport sub forum in it would surfice. The forums for Web and Computing & Games can easily be condensed into Off topic. I find there is too many different forums, it's hard to navigate and confusing. Again examples of what I mean by an Off-Topic forums -

I know it's different here, becuase I find the atmosphere here a lot worse than on those two sites. But hopefully just an Off-Topic forum will allow for more joking, sarcasm and fun in general. This place can be a bit bland. There isn't much of a banter scene here which I feel would add greatly, but this isn't anything the Admins can do. It's up to the members.
Also Graphics sections can be put into General chat under the name Graphics section or something..
