I have rarely, if ever, deliberately pressed the "advance up crease" toggle on the RS on my Xbox 360 controller, but I accidentally press it often in my zeal to hit the ball. This results in my batsman leaving his crease when he shouldn't, and thus getting stumped before I have time to get back.
Now that Steam supports controller remapping, I removed that functionality from my controller. This has made a big difference to the confidence I have in hitting my shots.
I realize it's not something everyone would want do do, but I thought I'd mention that it's possible. Of course, with remapping, you could also remap that functionality to another key.
