Allstars batting pads problem

Guys,
I'm trying to replace the yellow Allstars batting pads with some others to match a kit I'm making for the Allstars, but when I open the batting kit in the Kit Repacer the image looks scrambled. I tried importing some other pads anyway but the batsmen appeared all white.
The keeper pads work fine.
Maybe it's a problem with the offsets in the teams.txt file?
Any ideas or help gratefully received .

The kit is obviously different to the other ones. I've found all the resolutions except 512 and 4. Replace them and tell me if there are any more needing doing.
