Animated Clips in the sig?

How the hell do people put them little .gif images in their sig? Is there a tutorial?

For Example;

!!there!! are 28 frames animated in the sig,..it's very simple,

there are a certain .GIF animators which help doing so kind of a great species of sigs,such as:
