So, both Australia & South Africa are all set to tour India, right before the World T20. Here's a summarization of the schedule.

In an ideal situation, they should have moved this tour to Australia. it would have allowed our players to acclimatize to the conditions and get better prepared. Seeing as the South Africans too, are due to tour post this, it would have made sense to convert the 2 tours into a tri-nation.

Y'all did New Zealand dirty. No thread for last ODI/T20 WC finalists playing against the Aussies :crying::crying:

We should merge the SA series in this thread as well. Both tours are scheduled continuously (two day gap b/w 3rd Aus T20 and 1st SA T20)

To be honest both these series feel boring now after a breathtaking multi-nation Asia Cup.

Didn't expect that series with Aus and SA would looking boring in comparision to a cup with teams like Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh

Could've easily been an exciting tri series, just like India played right before 2015 WC. Sadly, BCCI doesn't think that way anymore!

Hasn’t the argument against tri-series been financial reasons for quite some time which is why we aren’t seeing them these days?

I'd expect, due to the archaic way that series are organised, a board would have to pay for two teams expenses as well as games that might not be profitable that don't involve the home side.
