Fed certainly isn't the once dominant player he was. I think it will be him and Nadal in the final again, with Nadal should be edging him out. IMO

After seeing the Dokic v Saffina game can't see Saffina winning it with the way her serve is atm. But she certainly showed some good fight especially after losing the 2nd set. Dokic showed no fear with her shots sadly her serve wasn't as reliable. Dementieva certainly the favourite at this point but Williams will be tough.

Federer looks to be returning to his best should be another thriller between him and Nadal.

Yeh Federer was AMAZING. Some of the best tennis I've seen from an individual. That poor Argentinian bloke simply had no answers. And it wasn't like he wasn't a bad player, ranked number 8

If the Fed express keeps this from up he will easily win the open!

Gee Federer was brilliant last night. Some of the shots he played, were insane. Some of his best work.
In saying that, i rekon he will have a tough battle against A-Rod in the next match, and i still think Nadal will win the open

Yes Roger looks the buisness again but i would expect a humdinger of a final if Federer and Nadal get through.That Wimbledon Final last year was the best i've ever seen!

Shame about Murray but he's still young and can only get better!

Kuznetsova was complaining about the roof being closed during her match with Serena Williams. Got to say she has a fair point, Serena looked out of it as much as Novak was against Roddick and when the roof got closed Serena started playing better.

I left the Nadal match when he was leading 2-1 and now I see he got taken into a 5th set in the longer match of the Open's history. Spanish certainly have some talent coming through though, like the Russians in the women's draw.

Oh if anyone is interested, Hamish and Andy are out of the doubles tournament . They played on Court 15 against Channel 7 commentator Jim Courier and lost 5-0 in a 3 game set, the third game counted for three.

Williams adds another grand slam, not surprised really as she is a big match player and with her power and serve she is tough to beat. Knew Saffina would struggle with her dodgy serve.

Now we have the usual rivals Nadal and Federer back against each other, should be a good one but it looks like the Fed express is back so will take some effort by Nadal to win this.

Indian wins boys' Australian Open title
An Indian wins the Australian boys open. I haven't watched him play but he sounds like one of those guys whose bodies have matured really early. I dont think he will get anywhere in years to come in the professional circuit.
