Batting or Bowling?

Right just wana ask people here on what they prefer to do of course bowlers will say bowling and that batsmens will say batting.But i think most people love to bat then to bowl it's common really as even in a computer games if one wins the toss he/she chooses to bat! i personally love to bowl and bat so what do you like/dislike with reasons.

I hate batting, its not fun for me because I cannot play anything off my legs. I really enjoy bowling, to me it is like a game of chess. I try to vary my pace and length constantly while keeping the offstump line.

When I played I loved to Ball although I was primarily a batter. But you can do so much more as a bowler.

i enjoy batting, but i love bowling. i try to be a bowler. i love bowling leg spin.

i dont like bowling 1-on-1. then you have to go pick up the ball, and bowl again, and by the time you finish bowling you have to go pick it up again.

I don't know how people prefer bowling. I mean, I enjoy it, I enjoy every and any part of cricket, but I'd always rather bat. It's just so much fun charging down to hit bowlers, rocking back and smashing them away, driving them, knowing when you've timed it sweetly, manipulating the ball into the gaps, stealing quick runs. You feel like God when it all comes together. Whereas as a bowler you can only really feel in control when you have a batsman who is clueless to your bowling, and even then, it isn't long till they get out and someone who can bat comes in. You are always at the mercy of the batsman, more or less.


The joy of getting a good batsman out cannot be matched though. Even then, batting > bowling for me.

well as you can see most prefers batting. but i bet fast bowlers enjoys their bowling. charging in, knows that the batsman are scared of him, he can see it in their eyes. breaking the wickets, bouncing the batsman
