I am planning to get the game, but don't want to spen useless money on something that wont run well.

Just got BF2 but dam thing kept crashing to desktop after i tried to run it. Something to do with my graphics card but it works with counter strike source. Hopefully Ea come out with a patch
This is something to do with your graphics card and a patch will not fix it

I think the game will run fine at medium to low settings if you upgrade your RAM.That graphics card of yours is supported by the game,I think.I'm not too sure,I'll have a look at the read-me again and tell you.

GeForce 5800 Series (AGP)
ATI Radeon X800 XT Platinum Edition
ATI Radeon X800 PRO
ATI Radeon 9800 Series

NVidia GeForce FX 5950 Series
NVidia GeForce FX 5900 Series
NVidia GeForce FX 5700 Series

So I guess it will indeed work :)

And it will still only run on medium to low settings? If won't run with good graphics I wont buy it..

Medium graphics aren't bad at all. And you'll probably end up lowering it to medium or low anyway to reduce lag in online games lol.

I just don't know much about the GeForce 5700..so I'm not so sure :(

Is it 128Mb RAM or 256?

Well, im sure that you know that a 500mb demo doesn't go well with dial-up...
Thanks anyway!
