That fizzy crap? No! Simply NO! Try drinking that after playing 80 minutes of rugby and you'll die!

I agree though Lucozade orange Sport is good, specially with the bottle top combo, its easy to drink and offers plenty of refreshing ingredients, none of which i know! Well except obviously glucose.
