Best Edition?

I would like to know which edition of EA Cricket is considered the best for playing test cricket from a bowling point of view, and also patches required.

Agree witg you. C2k2 is the best game i have ever played considering Game play. And after the IPL patch, it's very exciting to play.

Why would you play 2002? The graphics must be horrible by todays standards. I recently tried to get back into BLC99 but I just could not take the pixels.

For me it is Cricket 05. Cricket 04 was quite good too.

EA sports Cricket 2005 is the best.. Technically it is sound..:banana2

Cricket 2007 for bowling. With abhh's exe and tutsi's AI patch bowling is very challenging and the AI is pretty smart. Cricket 2005 for batting, the stroke variation and placement is the most realistic.

Can anyone expain how 2004 and 2005 differ in gameplay at all please? Also are there more or less grounds available in either edition ?
