Freewebs is good if your like begining webdesign... but is pretty much much usesless for me. www.5gigs.com is a good web hoster, but unreliable.

To be honest you can buy your own domain name for very little price. You can get unlimited bandwith. Your own Server host and more!

Personally i havent found any good website builder on te net, except geocities which also has it's limitations.

Although i haven't used it in ages I'd have to go with Freewebs. They make it very simple for users who have no experience with web design.
