Simple, when the season ends, dont renew the existing overseas players' contract, & select a player to sign from the overseas tab!

So they just come up? Or you have to build your clubs rep to get them? Because I started once and I could only see english, dutch and greek players to give contract ore something! =/

lol, at the end of the season when you are buying new players there is a tab called overseas players, go in there and bid on them,
