Better adminstrator. - Patience!

Ok guys seems like you don't like the quality of my site management. Maybe you are right.
Then again maybe you are not. No point arguing.
The point is I would be most happy to handover the site management to a competent person. But the person who started this all, Ste, is the one who decides who manages the site. I have the passwords and all for editing the site but until I hear from Ste I can't change the admin. Meanwhile I'll only say, bear with me, have patience and wait till Ste takes over.
Also because I've had enough of this snapping and biting on Anuj Shubham commentary issue that I propose that we should have a few game testers or rather update testers, volunteers from amongst you who are willing to take the responsibility to test a new update which is sent to you (testers) rather than me. Maybe 2-3 persons for each category like commentary testers, kit testers etc. Each person ranks the update and mails the rank to me. Only then I put an update for download on the basis of rank. Process maybe time consuming but assures quality. Quality is what you folks want don't you. So let me have your views on this through the forum.

well we r happy that u r only active admin here.. we r really not upset with u... but i think u should post each n every updates... for just little mistake anuj get upset
so man i don't think u should make any tester here.. what ever comes u should post it.. i never told u that don't post part 2...
well man post it.. n i never said he did bad job i appreciate him for his effort n i only advise him to improve more..

I think it's better if some testing is done on the updates...so that if it's not working for some reason, the guy who made it can correct it.

To be honest - if someone's made the effort to make an update or whatever, I think it ought to be uploaded onto the site - they hardly did it for their health did they?

Of course not everyone will like every update, but with each update, there are loads of people who don't whinge - and the odd one that does.

Yes, good point - I am certainly going to use your attitude with my site. The more downloads = better choice!
