Blurry Grills - Helmet grills look wrong

I'm having a bit of a problem with my helmet grills. For sometime now some of my grills have been blurry and blocky looking and others have been fine. Since I installed suskie's new kits those that were blurry before look fine now.....and vise versa. I've tried using the tim editor to sort it out w/o any success, so I could do with some help.....
