I think I have found out a way to bowl batsmen out,

First of all you go around the wicket ( To left hander- around the wicket, to right hander-over the wicket), then you bowl a good length outswinger not too much swing, just a little bit of movement away from the batsman, then you pitch the ball just outside off, and use the swing in air/drift button to move it onto the line of the stumps. The batsman will then try to work the bowl down to fine leg and play onto the stumps. I know its not the best way to bowl someone out, but it works for me....

I have had best results with Brett Lee, who I nearly got a Hat-Trick with using this technique

Well as this is more of a acradey game this will be good for a few weeks before you get bored of bowling the cpu by that way

considerin you aint played the game, wats with this attitude? no one has played the game aussie1st, maybe just wait till it comes out

I usually get most of my wickets from someone like Andreson & McGrath near the End of the Innings when they start slogging it.

Thoguh they are all Catches and I've only Bowled the CPU once with a inseamer by Lee

I think if you vary the pace with a good quick bowler like Lee then the cpu is caught by surprise as in real life. Thats real nice !!! I experianced it many times !!!

Yeah, You can see that the CPU play different while facing MacGrath/ Lee than facing Wastson/Harvey

Well if you are guranteed to bowl the batsmen almost everytime then it will be like cricket 2002 and the yorker. Im sure ppl got sick of bowling the yorker to get a batsmen out.

I know what your talking about mate but it does not work that often. I found after one did it the rest played straight.

Another good way of getting wickets is bowling just over halfway down the pitch outside offstump. It has to be a good length which is indicated by the cursor turning GREEN. Press four and swing the ball away from the batsmen. Do this for a couple of balls. Then after maybe four balls press 4 but at the last minute swing the ball in (TAP 9 don't hold it).

This does not always work (you wouldn't expect it to) and can mean you get hit through the legside. But it can also mean LBW and edge to the keeper/slip and bowled.

Aussie 1st, why bother posting in threads on BLIC if you don't like it and have not played it? :boxing :D
