Bowler's overs

In a test match, no. In ODIs, there is a limit of a maximum of 10 overs. In Twenty20s, I believe the maximum is 4 overs.

Well if there a good ovverate and he opens and bowls all day and there is 91 overs, he can bowl more than 50% :p.

Shane Warne usually has a damn good try for Hampshire :p

Test = Unlimited
ODI = 10
20-20 = 4

erm what about pro 40 in English county?

if all the overs in limited over cricket are bowled, he cant bowl more than 20% of the overs seems to be the rule, 4 is 20% of 20, 10 is 20% of 50, 8 is 20% OF 40

not sure if thats deliberate or not

It is. Even in a reduced over-match, the number of rescheduled overs are divided by 5 and each bowler is allowed that much, with a few extras for a few bowlers depending if the number is divisible by five.
