I thought you never see what I said that I bought it on my way back from Brighton. But who cares any way and as I bought it near by the station, I was afraid to miss the train. I only checked it in the train, the local store of the same game shop refused to change the copy but one staff member did tell me about asking for help on planetcricket.com. I think i have committed a biggest crime asking for help. I am feeling so guilty about some crime i did not commit but you have made me criminal in front of every one`s eyes.
Pirating or chipping is PS2 is still illeagal although Australian court made it legal recently. Next time when I if I am outside my town, and if I went to any game shop with some game I was waiting to buy. I will not buy it, may be "some people" with "limited knowledge" and "certain views" just enjoy criticizing or messing up will ask too many questions.

Which games shop did you get the game from? Also, if it's just to shut up the doubters, get a picture of your version of the game, complete with the case.

Alright,
I did not keep the reciept but will keep it for next time.
However I will upload the picture of the game tomorrow or tonight.
Or if i did not get any chance then I will do it on this weekend.
:crying

Kane, it took me 10 seconds to take a pic of my Cricket 2005 and Cricket 2004 games and uploading it.
Not sure why it is taking you so long for you and your BLIC game. (I don't have the game mind you, but will get it soon :))

The weird thing is, everytime I buy I game I check it's contents before leaving the store. I can can't imagine who in this day and age would not do that?

And with all the people coming on here asking for the manual because "It was not included when I brought the game" it's not half obvious that "some" of these people have pirated versions.

If your that bothered, why don't you track this person down? Why don't you do door-to-door checks on everybody in Australia? Why don't you start a protest about anti-piracy? Bloody hell mate, it's probably not pirated, his story makes enough sense to me, as my friend just came back from Hartlepool (hahaha) and bought Football Manager 2006 from GAME there, but it does not work. Return to shop? He's not travelling from London to Hartlepool to get a swap, but luckily enough he can go to a GAME store in London (I think). And so what if it is pirated? What you gunna do? Ring up the anti-piracy brigade? Get a life.

quick zoom in for the cd key!:p i havent got a digital camera at the moment, hoping to get a Digital SLR, but if you have it its not hard

my god I am too frightened to join the forum for fear of being accused. Innocent to proven guilty I think.

Its a bit weird cos I bought my copy off a guy at the market and that came with no instructions, it didnt even have labels on the disc, when I tried to take it back he told me go **** yourself, I wasn't impressed with the service. But what do you expect for 5 quid?

Anyway big kudos to the guy who took the time to take pics of his cricket 2005 to prove the point, maybe he did it on the bed cos he sleeps with it?? Either made me laugh!

Thanks Ronan,
I think it is very hard to prove your self innocent here. Every time I am writing, I thought why should I give reasons or waste my time in writing reasons but then thought I am not going to be remembered for a some thing that I did not commit.
The problem with my PC is that I have AOL connection which does not allows me to install bluetooth and the only possible way to share a quick picture is via my mobile phone and bluetooth. So I use my laptop sometimes for bluetooth jobs and that was the only reason I said that I will do it on weekend coz I was not getting enought time from Work, studies & life.
I thought although I am proving my point but I am not going to stop other important works I have to do, for it.
I will still say in the end I am not a pirate nor helping piracy but one thing has helped me for sure here. I am going to print all this conversation and will write a letter to Blockbusters, attach it and send it to them.

thanks for the positive thiking people,
for one moment I was thinking that maybe I am wrong here

2 thumbs up for the mate who took cricket 2005 pictures but debate is about BLIC here not Cricket 2005.

Fine, maybe they should put the manual in the box in future...

Planetcricket can not be seen to support piracy or anything illegal and you can't blame people for thinking it's abit dodgy. I've never come across a time when a manual has been left out of the box. Also the thing with your mates, where you say they keep beating you, they must know the controls then?

I'm not accusing you, just explaining why it sounds dodgy.

People say Planetcricket can't be seen supporting piracy... How? How do you know that it's pirated. It's blatent with people like Rahul_Sunny, but this guy has a story I'm prepared to believe, Rahul didn't even have one, and then Rahul is racist to white people in more cross-board posts. This guy is stating that he didn't get a manual, and someone comes and has a stress at him telling him it's pirated and stuff, when he isn't a mod or anything like that at Planet Cricket (I stand to be proved wrong).

****ing hell, just get off each others backs all the time.

The assumption has to be that if you can't produce a receipt or pic of the game and you've 'lost' your manual that the game is pirated.
Yes, some genuine people get caught in the net sometimes but we prefer it that way to giving help and advice to people who steal games.

Oh, you been had my friend. The copy you brought at the market is defiently pirated. Next time the market is on and the guy is there maybe tell the cops and see if they do anything?
