Go for Huawei my bro bought it and tbh it's awesome

Nexus 7,wifi 16GB comes under 10k.
You can also go for iBall slide,Xolo Tab and the Xolo play tabs..All of them have good hardware to support gaming and all.

Dont care about 3G. Investing on any tab other than Apple isnt a wise idea. iPad mini wifi should be the best buy. Dont go for Android.
