Buying this game on steam.need help

I installed the game.Guys i have a question how do i can register myself for downloading teams?

Go to academy in-game and download the teams. The first time you open the game, I think it will ask you for get-best teams. You can click OK for that. And then, you can download any teams you want from Academy.

What do you advice.Should i replace all the teams with the best team available.Or should i download them one-by-one?
