answer to your first question is no, and answer to your second question is that there is no sweep shot in the game

then how come it shows you at the beginning in the video when brian lara is batting against steve harmison and he uses a slog sweep

I dont know, but the shot is not available in the game. Its been discussed here many times.

Does he play the slog sweep? It looked like a slog pull to me. Shots behind the wicket are pretty badly implemented, I feel, but otherwise they are pretty realistic.
