Well you just open the gob file in EA Graphics Editor. And fin what fsh file is what.
For example:
If you want to change the stumps, download any stump and rename it to the fsh file in the demo that contains the stump. And the rest remains the same.
Apply the same for other patches.
The kits are together in a single file. So the kit patches for full version will not work.
