Everytime I try I get banged for six and the ball never rises that high.

Unfortunately bouncer wouldn't be of any use to you unless you play against the comp. Against a human opponent bouncer is a free boundary most of the time. Unlike BLIC 2005 bouncers & yorkers are not special deliveries and thus are pretty easy to put away, especially the bouncers.

Well, I wud say that it depends where u r bowling the bouncers and how u r changing the speed of the bouncers. I have had success against many very good bats man while bowling bouncers but if you do it too much in a game then batsmen will gets use to it. So try to bowl in the best area (light green) while making variations as well.

I've actually found bouncers to be a fairly decent tool in my bowling arsenal. I guess because everyone just tends to bowl one length, throwing in a few slow bouncers gives the batsman something to think about. Got plenty wickets with people playing on, or mistiming a hook or pull.

If you have no lag at all in a game then the bouncer is quite inafective, but with lag it works ok and can get you a few wickets

With lag good line & length bowling is good enough and no need to resort to bowling bouncers.

What is 'lag'?
The only time issue I have notces is occasionally when trying to effect a run out.

Bouncers are good fun. I like to mix it up even though I might get hit for a six or two. It is dead boring bowling same ball everytime. I love the animation when a batsman get hit with a full speed bouncer on the head.
