capture screenshots

I am new to C2004 and have just started playing since last week but have become really good at the easy level. I scored 305/4 against pakistan in 10 overs today..
My problem is I am not able to capture screenshots using the print screen button and do not know any other way of doing it..
Can anybody suggest a good program (with the link) please for doing this
