I dont think there are any cheats, personally I think they'd spoil the game, it it would be your choice but I'm 99% sure there aren't any.

He doesn't have an editor because there is no editor for ICC 2006 or 2005. The only thing that comes close is Artmoney.

There is a money trainer for ICC 05. The only thing artmoney could be used for is the money too, I can't see us being able to edit any stats with that.

There is NO player editor for ICC 2005/2006!!

Magpie was an editor for ICC 2000, 2001 and 2002, but there is no editor for the current ICC's whatsoever.
