I had a (long) read through the source code - 33 printed pages!
I understand the game fully now and have started to put notes where I think we could put improvements - tonight the first thing I'm working on is a scorecard thing for the end of the game (who won, by how many runs etc) because it just goes back to the start screen. Then maybe I'll increase the number of overs - maximum 5!?

If anyone else is reading this, join in, we need some help.
Just post some suggestions for improvements and/or soem more commentary oneliners - I definetely need something to replace "He's done an Adam Gilchrist" when the batsman plays on lol, its so old I don't know where it came from. Actually this game was first made in 1999 so not that old.

I could add TV overlays as well

how about spin
how about slog sweeps

lets keep this game simple... However TV overlays would be cool.

Spin and slog sweeps kinda makes the game complicated.
Something which shows the bowler's name and batters name during the match? And TV overlays will be cool :cool:

Lol about the spin and slog sweeps, I was joking. TV overlays, however are no joke. It will be good, with statistics and everything. Note I won't get a lot done at a time, I have a lot of things to do...

So far:
Really hard when you realize there is no semi circle shape in Paint

Well, I completed one slime
Will Just now draw a stadium, colour the background (with a few clouds, a sun), and copy and paste the slimes and colour them into different ones
So, might be done by today/tommorrow
