Computer Shuts Down. Help !

I dont have XP so cant be sure but in Win2000 its called Power Options in Control Panel, I guess its the same in XP, but if its only after a short time such as 10-12overs I guess it isnt that. 46 processes sounds about right also. Are all your drivers (graphics card etc) uptodate?

you need to check the website for the manufacturer of your graphics card

Here are the processes running. Tell me also how to end the processess permanently and not that everytime I start my computer I have to end the process:

iexplore.exe, taskmgr.exe, alg.exe, Mcshield.exe, VSStat.exe, RoamSvc.exe, SVCHOST.exe, WDFMGR.exe, SVCHOST.exe, SVCHOST.exe, S24EvMon.exe, SVCHOST.exe, ScSiAccess.exe, SVCHOST.exe, SVCHOST.exe, LSASS.exe, services.exe, WINLOGON.exe, CSRSS.exe, RoamMgr.exe, Regsrvc.exe, SMSS.exe, ZCfgsvs.exe, igfxpers.exe, Avconsol.exe, VSHWIN32.exe, SPOOLSV.exe, HCCMD.exe, SynTPEnh.exe, System, System Idle process

I have updated my intel graphic card also

This was a problem I had during the summer with C2k5 and BLIC. For me it was an overheating problem.
Go to setup when you restart the computer and check your system and cpu temperature. Also go my computer; properties; advanced and disable automatic restarts. If it is a hardware problem this will give you a blue screen you can troubleshoot from. You may also want to enable the kernel dump check (same screen) so you can see exactly what the prob is if it is hardware related rather than a simple overheating problem. Incidentally how warm is it where you are and how well ventilated is your computer casing?

Also are you sure the game can run properly on an Intel graphics card? I know C2k5 can't.
