Cricket 2004 on PS2

I have Cricket 2004 on PS2 and wondering if any of the patches will work for my ancient game?

is it just me or is Cricket 2004 really slow in gameplay? I have it for ps2 and the fielding and running between wickets takes ages!

Yeah I know, and there is no swing, no seam (except on green pitches) and the graphics are pathetic.

The graphics may be pathetic, but the gameplay is one of the best ones EA has put into its cricket games.
