Cricket 2005 is not running

hi all,
I have installed EA Sports cricket 2005 in my system. It is not running?
My System Configuration
P-III 500Mhz
256 Mb RAM
32 MB Graphics Card

I am getting error please insert correct CD-Rom and select ok to restart application
why?
please help me?

Very Simple..Insert the correct CD and the game will start

1. Take the CD out of the box
2. open disk try
3. put CD in
4. close disk try

Have you tried cleaning the cd?

I take it it used to work but now isnt.
