I can't believe that project hasn't been posted on PC yet! Here's a little summery of this game which is said to be a lot like battrick, but more realistic.

* Live games, watch them happen through commentary, similar to that found on cricinfo
* Buy equipment for your club or individual players
* Sponsor a player, club or even a cup or league
* Enough statistics to keep you busy forever!
* Weather, the pitch even how fast the outfield is will have an effect on the game
* Sign a big name player and release a press release so the world can know about it and hopefully bring bigger sponsors to your club
* Intelligent match engine for example your batsmen will try and up their run rate if they are falling behind, based on rules that you as manager have set for them
* Players will have 'off' days just as in real life, so make sure that they are as happy as can be.
* Play against teams from all over the world, enter cups in exotic locations, with big prize money. But keep an eye on your traveling and hotel expenses, just incase you don't win the prize money!
* Improve your stadium, attract more supporters by setting your ticket prices high enough so that you make money but not so high that they decide to stay at home
* Build an academy and nurture your future stars
* Sign a deal with a small club in South Africa (for example) where you get first options on new talent, or possibly you are the small club and decide you need the money and the new talent is not all he is cracked up to be!
* Earn the right to manage your country's team, where you will be able to select from all the players from your country to play in internationals
* Create your own teams logo, design their kit and colours

Looks good!

You might have noticed on our main forum index when the other games forum appeared it mentioned TAOC, Cricket Life 2007 and Cricket Club Manager.
We were approached by them and have actually created a forum; it just isn't live yet.
