You cant advertise the leagues of other site. You will have to start a new one here with good concept. You dont have much experience in this section of site to create your own league. My suggestion is that you join some of the leagues, make some things known then start a new one.

Shame, I am an experienced administrator of sports games and programmer that developed my own cricket simulator. I might join some of the other leagues at some stage but don't really have the time at the moment.
