Its not building teams that ppl here want.
They want him to build a team which has the existing stars.In India,you just cannot play cricket without tendulakr,Ganguly,Sehwag,Yuvraj.
You cannot even chuck them if they are not performing.

Well maybe its time to break that trend. They won't be playing till their 50 (well i hope not). I would've prefered if India chose a domestic coach like Gavaskar (i mean similar to but not Gavaskar, just clarifying). Indian thinking and Indian cricket skills isn't second to anyone nor is any other cricketing country's thinking.
