DEMO HELP *PLEASE READ*

Hi everyone, I don't have Brian Lara Cricket 99, so I searched the internet for a demo. I found one just fine, but when I try and install it I get this message: "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." Please help. I am bored with Cricket 2004 and this should keep me going until BLIC2005. I have Windows XP Home Edition. Any suggestions, friends?
