I find that with Tutsipoppy's patch installed, batting is too easy on Medium, and a little too hard for me on Hard.

Is there anything i can do to even things out? I think if i could just make the AI bowl a more consistent line and length, that would help. At the moment they bowl so many half volleys outside off stump its hard not to score 100 of 50 balls.

Maybe you should try SAc2k4PT patch v1.3b. It is very hard to bat with it and you need to time your shots precisely.
