everytime i use it they block it all the time as it is pitched at yorker length

Same here although I have noticed if you pitch it where it starts (dont move it) and give it full swing and power, it seems to fox tailenders and sometimes they dont play a shot and get bowled, its strange.

i will have to try that
thanks for the tip

try bowling a left med fast bowler and bowl inswing (D)or legcutter and pitch the cursor just ahead and widesh of his legs ,the bowl will swing away (widesh) from his body and land on give point and if the batsman will play a straight drive he will get bold otherwise he would defend it .

I find any medium paced bowler the best for taking wickets,
you've just got to find the right lines and you can get back-to-back
hat-tricks with ease.

Really, I'll try that tonight.

Just a tip with medium paced bowlers...
Keep the speed as low as possible, the batsmen usually think
you're bowling a bouncer if you keep it short (about halfway up the pitch),
they'll try and hit it using a pull shot, but because the ball is going so slow,
it'll drop and hit the wicket, or more likely, get them out via LBW.
Also, this tactic works best on Damp, Green and Normal pitches.

Happy cricketing...

Hey. I pick up the most wickets by just moving the marker a touch to the left, so its just outside off (right arm bowler to right hand bat). The ball will come in slightly, because of the way you are bowling. It is just short of a length, and they often edge the ball to the keeper, or it pops up to the man short on the legside.

You can also bowl full outside off, which they tend to drive. If you have a guy out a deep cover, u get a lot of wickets, but its a bit slack.

With a leg spinner, if you have a man in close, and u pitch it on off, full, turning away from the right hander, they sometimes pop it up. Thats a bit slack as well though.

Guys, bowling out a team for 0 or 2 using the medim bowler bug is not realistic, so I wouldnt try that one.

I agree, but the aim of games is to figure out a way of beating them,
so people have...but still, yes it's not realistic and I only use the bug
against stubborn batsmen, the results I posted above are just an example
of what can be done, if EA used their brains it wouldn't be possible,
but since when has EA not released a bug riden game.

Q:How to get batsman bowled?A:here's how!

get a medium pacer like ian harvey into d attack.bowl with zero power..keep d ball straight(use 'S' key).batsman'll think its a bouncer. He'll jump but d ball will always hit d stumps!(or he'll get out LBW)
Q:how to get a batsman caught behind?
A:i've succeeded only on GREEN pitches..keep d ball around off stump bowl an out swinger or leg cutter..if batsman is not settled he'll edge it 7 times outta 10..(tail enders will 95% get out)

Yea well old news, it was mentioned above as well. Thing is using that medium pacer bug is like admitting defeat, the whole idea is to try and bowl out stubborn batsmen properly, trust me, it becomes much more satisfying :D
