Well the conclusion we come at is that, there is no way 1 person or 1,000 people can make a BIG impact on "Global warming", It only comes down to some stuff like government policies (which are really effective), etc..


Apart from that, most of the people tent to believe it is a natural process, while in 3rd world countries majority don't even know global warming, but they don't need to anyways, as they have very limited supply to their homes.

The thing about global warming is debatable though.

Don't need to, half the country comes to a standstill each day due to load-shedding, at least they'll have an excuse to do it on Saturday though, but that will only cover an hour and not the usual two.

It would be really effective if countries like USA had "load-shedding".. LOL, but ofcorse it'll create lots of problem.

You think that it doesn't create problems here because of our electricity shortage? Many small industries and businesses can't function anymore and have to close their doors. Imagine you ran a family bakery or butchery, if you had no power for two hours eac day at the wrong time you can't bake bread and make deliveries losing customers or all your meat can go off.

It's actully worse there because of extreme temperatures, can't even turn the fan (some stuff that goes round and round to make it less hot) on.

All i'm saying, countries with this problem use less then countries like USA, Sweden etc..

Meh, it is a kind idea. But we may aswell do earth day, now that would make a difference. 2 hour it is unlikely. No matter how much i care about the environment.

Um it's not that extreme, average summer temperatures here are around 35C and other parts of the country average just under 40C and are often a above 40C. I just see this as a case of only Pakistan, Scotland and Sweden existing in your reality and showing total disregard for all other countries.

Dont know about Pakistan but water do get really hot in overhead water tanks in Chandigarh. You get free hot water for 8 hours

Solar heater and cooker are very popular here and I think in South India the tempratures are more severe than in North.

I was giving Pakistan as an example only, I know there are places which have “worse” temperature then Pakistan, for example some African regions.

It’s not that I only care about few countries, nor I ever said that.

Also I care about the environment more then you!
