I did a search and it doesn't seem that anyone's posted this one before ... but I may be wrong.

I found that using Brad Hogg for Warwickshire, I can get shed loads of wickets on damp pitches by bowling very full on or just outside off-stump and with little turn and bowling as slowly as possible. Basically the CPU just leaves the ball every time and gets out lbw. Recently got an 8/0 using the unpatched c2004 this way.

On medium skill btw, because I can't handle the fast bowling cursor on Hard. :o

same thing happens..easily with a leg-spinner. i tried that with kumble and warne on damp/wet pitches, works well. a cheap way of getting wickets but effective nevertheless.

what i do is be murali... in a test match against bangladesh i pitch the ball directly on the stumps and hav the direction on the ball going to the left... the batsmen ALWAYS blocks it and it gets edged to the silly mid wicket fielders (have ALL your fielders in as close as u can) its fun i got them all out for 2 runs hehe :P
