I'm surpised Ponting isn't on that list as usually when he goes over 20 he converts it. No surpise on Lara as hes a nervous starter usually, but once he gets past that its look out time.

Now I finally understand why Dippenaar has such a mediocre Test average. Still doesnt explain why his ODI average is better than his Test one, is he clearly is a more 'Test' orientated batsman.
