How will the captains be decided

if possible could i be one of the captains!

Captain

If you want to be a Captain of anyone of the three Team,
Post that you want to be a captain and how you will lead your team to Success and so we will have vote and select the captain.

I have 2 options to select the teams.

1) I will make equally distributed teams.

2) Select the captain first and they draft the players for there team.

Which one do you prefer please post your views so that the teams will be posted.

Anyway both options need captain so apply for captain if your are interested.

I would like to be captain. I am confident and will rotate players so everyone gets a chance. I am also relaxed so would let the guys enjoy their cricket.
